Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product (including downloadable PowerPoint presentations, teaching resources, or digital files) has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@greaterworksdiscipleship.org and we will gladly assist you to ensure you receive the product as intended.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a duplicate purchase or a verifiable technical error on our part that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved.
